Harris Data Systems support packages offer our clients 24/7 support to ensure the smooth operation of your business.

HDS Gold

Our gold support package includes after hours and weekend support. The package covers all software upgrades, general fault finding, stocktake assistance, and guidance to your staff to setup products, keyboard and happy hours.

HDS Platinum

Designed for venues operating integrated SwiftPOS solutions, our platinum support package includes after hours, weekend and public holiday support. The package includes all gold support benefits, plus extra assistance for troubleshooting integrations and supporting your team through the setup of promotions.

Harris Data Systems also offers additional managed service options. Ideal for venues that either don’t have the time or staff to complete the setup and maintenance of your POS system!

We offer two levels of managed services packages including the creation of all products, keyboards, promotions and invoice entry, through to onsite stocktakes and reporting!
